A lot of requests have come to use images and information from thegd.com. Please be aware that many of the images are original, valuable to me and I reserve all rights. Free use is granted only under the following conditions and within the following limits. Should you have questions, please feel free to contact me: matt@thegd.com.

Limits: Use is limited to genuine LOTR fan created web sites. Use must be in good taste. Use is limited to non-commercial sites.

Toybiz Photos (not the prototype shots): No more than one each of the images from a particular item can be used. As an example, the boxed picture of Aragorn or the loose picture of the figure may be used, but not both or any more than one of any particular toy item.

No more than ten (10) images may be used in total.

Conditions for use: In exchange for use of my images within the above limits, you agree to display the following unchanged TheGD.com logo and link on any of your pages my images appear on, or prominently on a main page.

Once use is granted, it can be revoked at will.
