I'm guessing it's a PF. SS already said that a Ringwraith PF is in the making, maybe the exclusive will be switch out helm and gauntlets.

I am thinking this is going to be a maquette...looks like they have sculpted the helm and armor and have it on a cloth armature. Just my .02!
