There and Back Again...and AGAIN!

Well...it has been a long time coming, but I hope all is still well in the collecting community of Middle-earth! We are about to embark on yet another journey with The Green Dragon. While not officially "under new management", we are decidedly taking a new approach to building and maintaining the site this time around. We are planning on taking advantage of some of the useful tools available on the net and hoping to reduce the time it takes to not only build the right content, but make it much more useful to the community.

With the right level of management and the right level of users and "helpers" I think that the site can thrive in it's niche of toy-related collectibles. there are a load of sites out there that focus on Toys, Collectibles, or Lord of the Rings, but I have yet to find a single site that focuses on Toys AND Collectibles AND Middle-earth to the extent that most collectors desire. Detailed information about products with great imagery is tough to find. You can many times one but not the other. It is my sincere desire to recreate the databases that contained all of this information in the past and add tons more new products as time goes on.

With The Hobbit in production and more and more products seeing the light of day, it is time to once again make the journey...so join me...and let's have fun collecting again! The Green Dragon: Where Fantasy, Legend and Myth Become a World of Collectible Realilty!!
