By participating in the Green Dragon site, members can earn points through a variety of methods...see above section on points earnings. As a way to reward our valuable contributors, we have created some awards badges that will be displayed in a user's profile and on their user window in the forums. These badges are awarded for outstanding participation in the various section here at The Green Dragon.

Subjective Awards:

News Awards: These awards are decided upon based on member contributions using the News Submission form. For those who submit QUALITY articles that are both pertinent and accurate, this award can be yours.

Customs Awards: The customizers who contribute customs to the archives will earn a Customs Contributor Award after 5 customs contributions. Achieving Outstanding Custom Contributor status is at the sole discretion of TheGD himself...and is based on quantity, quality, and level of excellence of all customs contributions.

Bright Idea Award: This award is given to members who bring GREAT ideas to the site. It need not be specific to any site area, but if we deem the idea worthy and implement your idea, you will receive this award!

Lab Rat Award: This award is given to members who experience difficulty in making site functions work and discover blatant errors on the site. This award brings with it some foul noteriety, but hey...an award is an award, right?

Objective Awards:

30-Day Contributor Award: This award is given to members who earn at LEAST 15,000 TOTAL Points during the last 30 days.

30-Day Forum Poster Award: This award is given to members who earn at LEAST 2,000 Forum Points during the last 30 days.

30-Day Commentor Award: This award is given to members who earn at LEAST 1000 Comment Points during the last 30 days.

30-Day Rater Award: This award is given to members who earn at LEAST 1000 Ratings Points during the last 30 days.
